Price ranges are typical budgeting figures compiled from published cost data with the date shown; they are not quotes, offers or company rates. The estimator and assessment cannot see inside your pipe. A price for your job comes only from a written estimate after an inspection.

Rules and fees change

City rules, permit fees and rebate programs change. We link to the agencies that publish them; their current pages control.

Who does the work

Work is performed by licensed, bonded and insured contractor partners. Work in the public right-of-way is done by a City of Los Angeles Bonded Sewer Contractor under a Bureau of Engineering S-Permit.
